I2C and compass no problem to me when booting

Revo & AuxMag & Oplink/PPM only

PROBLEMS WHEN BOOTING

1) ws2811/Led on servoOut6 sometimes do not light, after rebooting is ok
2) sometimes does not initialize the gps, after rebooting is ok
3) PPM, no "Input Alarm" on ws2811/Led, but sometimes I have no control, after rebooting is ok
I did not try to arm with these problems,  only after rebooting.

what's wrong ?

I think you can't arm is there is an alarm, in the health. BOOT red is an alarm, so I think will not let you arm. I can be wrong. If it so, please correct me.

1) In the first case after booting(connecting the battery) the ws2811/Led are off no light, "System Health" is all green, i did not try to arm, reconnect the battery and all good

2) Connecting the battery, "System Health" "GPS" alarm flashing black/red X & Red, wait up to 10 minutes but the ALARM remain, maybe not initialized, reconnect the battery 1-2 times and all good

3) PPM, connecting the battery, "System Health" no "Input Alarm", all green, but i have no control, turn OFF the radio  "System Health" "Input Alarm" = Red, turn ON the radio "Input Alarm" = Green, i have no control, reconnect the battery and all good

not always happen, but sometimes different each time

Go to the firmware tab, press Halt, check the sequence in the bottom pane. you will see something like:

Sequence 1
Sequence 2
Sequence 3

Then press the Boot button on the top and check the sequence again.
