Nuts!!

Wish I had seen this earlier. Would love to help out on FTT.  Is it too late?

Still a relative noob to the hobby, just a year into it but what fun!  ATM I have 3 mini's: Sparrow, Toad and DRQ 250, two flying Revo's/v9's, one Revo Nano.  Another mini, Knight 150 on the way, will have a Nano.  My prime test vehicle is a homebuilt woodie, Bruiser 460, currently equipped with Revo/V9.  Oh, and my first multirotor, a Tri with CC3D, not flyable ATM, but easy to fix.

Well, I just have

- a 525 frame, shortened to about 400mm,
2212-800KV motors, 9443 props, CC3D which works good with OpenPilot.

- a G5 heli with flybar, where I use a mini-CC3D just as gyro and use the 2 curves for throttle and pitch
(took me a while to find out that a direct tx-to-servo-bypass has to be done in the flight mode switch
settings, and I feel that there is some latency in that...)

I operate both CC3Ds with the DSM satellite option.

If testing on those is of any use, let me know!

Hi all!

I would be honored to be part of FTT! I'm sure that you guys will make awesome things!

I'm a medium experienced multicopter pilot (about 2 years) and builder (about 15 built), currently fly with 2 quads:

Frame: microSQUID V5 by bandit
FC: CC3D
ESC: DYS BL20A
Motors: RCX H2206-2250KV
Props: HQ 6x4.5"
LiPo: Turnigy nano-tech 4S 1800mAh 65-130C

Frame: Nero 180
FC: CC3D Atom
ESC: DYS BL20A
Motors: RCX H1306-3100KV
Props: HQ 5x4" (cut to 4")
LiPo: Turnigy nano-tech 3S 1000mAh 45-90C

I use GCS on W7 & W10 (32 & 64 bit).

I fly with some friends when it's possible, almost all of them use CC3D, I can ask if they want to be part of FTT :D

Cheers from Italy!

Is it too late to be on that list ?

If not please count me in. I always have 6-8 250 size quad frames lying around for with CC3D and Atom on board to test different stuff.

Thanks

At this point my Test bird will be a 460 home built woodie.

OP Revo
V9 Platinum
SunnySky X2216-9 1100's
Afro 30A running BLHeli 14 OneShot
FrSky D4R2, PPM
Taranis Plus
10 x 4.7 APC props

I'm thinking of my next scratch build. I have a new Ublox Neo 8MN, thinking about pairing it with a Sparky2, I think I read LibrePilot might support these(?) but I also have a spare Revo Nano I could use.
Computers are HP laptop, Win 7 and Hackintosh OS X Yosemite.
