Uploader Plugin

My CC3D will not upgrade in setup wizard. It keeps saying I need to do it manually with a "Uploader Plugin"
any ideas.

What is the history of the CC3D?  Is it new or has it been successfully connected to GCS before?

Did you try to flash a new bootloader updater yet?  If so, you need to flash regular firmware after that using manual method described in wiki.
