gps assist no work!!
« on: December 27, 2016, 04:22:35 pm »
Hello a query
Why do not the modes assisted in configuration work if I put
Rth + bank1 + gps asisitdo = error
Poshold + bank2 + assisted gps = confirmed
Posabsoluta + bank3 + gps asisitdo = error
. Now if I put them without gps assisted, they measure ok, they work, or is it a soft error ??

GpsAssist it used for non GPS modes.  When the transmitter controls are centered it enters a PositionHold.

GpsAssist is used for non-GPS modes: that did not understand or wanted to put assisted gps are for gps modes. What I say if I put the own modes (rth, poshold) without putting gps asit, it gives me configuration  !!!, Do these work the same or is it an error in the librepilot?

The complementary mag mode outdoors, which does, can be replaced instead of gpsin13?

It must be built and configured properly such that GPS modes like VelocityRoam and PositionHold work well (no GpsAssist), and then you can simply set modes like Attitude to have GpsAssist added.

I hear that you can use Complementary+Mag+GPS for GPS modes, but I have always used INS13, and I recommend INS13.

To be honest, I don't use GpsAssist much.  I use VelocityRoam if I want GPS.

Friend I just tried on GPS 13 and walks. If you well teimpla the horizon takes off well I did not get it from the configuration in the modes still giving error, when I put
Rth bank 2 + assisted gps = error. The following answer is not achieved: it is assumed that it has been calibrated should give okey; Not so in poshold + bank3 + gps assisted = ok
As I solve it, I need it to take me too rth + gps asitido, to what should: not supposed to be all okey ??

GPSAssist is only used with primary flightmodes like Attitude or Rattitude.
PosHold or RTH are already assisted flighmodes and NO NEED GPSAssist.

Is it possible to configure gps without the gps? And so for what is the GPS enabled? We sponge that it does that; When you put the configuration, logically should not do that, assist with gps mode ???. You say that you should not put gps admitted: the truth that I do not understand.from and the agradesco a lot of their answers, is the first in a forum that they answer me right away so I am forced to share what little you learned in these years setting Drones with different flight controls (apm; Flip 32) thank you very much.

Friend I think I start to understand what it says, I was using a reverse logic I thought that the modes where the GPS is used, (rth poshold pos absolute) were the modes where you should get gps watched

My friend, as you want it to be Castilian, if it is a section in English, I hope it is so, just use the google translator, for the same and as you see, these, most, never translate well greetings and happy year
