I got that red led blinking when I charge my battery, anyone knows what it seems?

Could be a bad connection in the balance connector.

Measure voltage between adjacent pins starting with black.

If you say that black is pin 1, then measure 1->2 and 2->3 and 3->4 and each should be between 3.3v and 4.2v
