USB driver

Help please, computer needs reboot after overnight shutdown to load USB copter control. Win10 cc3d atom. Shows com1 only.

The boards don't use any driver other than the ones built into Windows.

Windows sometimes loads wrong drivers for a board.  If that's what happened the fix is at https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/Troubleshooting    This may help even if the symptoms don't match exactly.

You might also try a different USB cable and a different USB port on the computer.

Thanks for that. I thought the driver was loaded by the cc3d. it is certainly not in the
driver list when the board is not connected.
