Looks like there is a short with the regulator, you can remove it and solder a new one.

look the marking on it and search for regulator spec/reference

OK!
I have no experience in these things, but I try! we hope to save the GPS!
The regulator seems a LG33 ..
I found this:

Easiest test you can make is just try the GPS.  I guess the GPS used to work when plugged in the FC, and if it doesn't work now, the best way is just buy a new one.  :(

I removed the controller successfully, but I found a problem on scehda: a tin ball that connects pin 3 (GND) with 4 (VCC), so I guess I did mandto shorted all (what about you? ).
I feel the seller if he change me the GPS.
However I will lift up the tin ball and as soon as I get the controller try to weld it (I had already made the order).
Actually better for 20 € to change everything, but I also like to understand why it did not work, also to avoid future errors.
Thank you all for your invaluable support!
