i have done multiple tunes on my quad tried dampining the boards vibration, TxPID, Autotune, etc when i fly up and come back down and throttle up it dips hard to the left mostly but sometimes to the right.... it sems to only be on the roll axis

 
i still havent been able to fly fpv because of this

That would usually be one of these:
- vibration at high power
- needs ESC calibration and neutral settings
- mismatched motor / ESC / prop
- damaged / weak / loose arm or motor that flexes at high power
- needs PID tuning
