Current-Voltage sensor

Hello. I need help identify the pins on the attached sensor.

This is a standard APM sensor / Connector.

GND - Black
GND - Black
Volt - Black
Amp - Black
+5V - Black
+5V - Red

+5V available only if power reg/ step down soldered on other PCB side.
Double check with a multimeter.

Arw these set up for 5v output ? I have one like this but put it in the back burner because the revo inputs are 3v3

The +5V is used to power the board, not to be measured using ADC like the Volt and Amp lines.

According Wiki ADC measuring voltage and current is max 3.3V https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/Configure+a+Current-Voltage+sensor
Whatever you plug in it should never exceed that. I suggest consulting product manual for your sensor to find out max output voltages, just to be on a safe side and double check.

The pixHawk has the same limitations with 3.3V...



The picture above comes from PixHawk doc ^^
The +5V only applies to the power lines

Anyways, if you don't trust Chinese sensors you can use a multimeter.
Original full sized Revo take also esd protection.

In the Current/Voltage sensor diagram. My understanding is that, I don't need the 5v, I am not powering the Revo, I just need to know the batery status. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Now I need to know what cables I will be using.

I will post a picture of the back  of the sensor, for you to see if there is a power regulator.
