There isn't a real comparison page that I know of.
Essentially the cc3d design is an earlier more limited one. It's run out of memory to add features. It's a great board for acrobatics, racing around, and even FPV. They run the stabilized modes of flight but not (and never will) the GPS assisted modes. They have no support for the WS281x LEDs and only support Ublox GPS units for telemetry only.
The Revolution boards are newer designs that still have memory to add features to them. They support all the newer GPS assisted modes and autonomous flight modes. The WS281x LEDs are supported along with Ublox, NMEA, and DJI Naza (in the next release) GPS units.
