Trouble with CC3D connecting to LibrePilot

Hello all,

     pretty new to this quadcopter hobby. I'm having an issue with connecting the CC3D to LibrePilot. The Tx/Rx bars do not light up when the CC3D is attached to the computer but the CC3D is flashing. It seems like there is no connection. I've tried about 4 mini-usb wires to solve the problem so I don't believe it is because they are a "charging" only wire. Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Try a Manual update:
- Disconnect board
- Firmware tab, click "Upgrade&Erase"
- Connect board

Maybe post a picture with your board.
