Checked the orientation, I have it rotated 90° to the right, so I have it set to -90 on the yaw tab. Same as it's been. Nothing has changed except the motor/ESC combo.

So double check motors and props

Post your config file, maybe we can see something weird.

Ok, started all over. Went through the entire setup, sbus and oneshot selected, (I also tried it with rapid esc). Selected inventors race sparrow quad, its the closest size. Board is set to -90 because I have it turned, I disabled the thrust pid scaling for testing. Motors are all spinning correctly and in the proper locations. Props don't matter because there off. Motors dys 2205 2750, ubad angry beast esc 30a. Oscillates terribly when lifted off the table, no matter how much power is given. Ive lowered pid's up and down 100+ points with no improvement either way. Next is to disassemble the entire thing and see if there is anything wrong, but I don't think so. Im not too good on the computer, so posting the settings is out at the moment. And this FC/receiver combo came off a perfectly flying quad.

You said you lowered the pids 100 points or whatever, not having read this thread or have any idea what's flying but sometimes adjusting the PID for roll pitch and yaw 100 points isn't enough...

I have 3 flying 4s copters and my P gains are in the 160-200 range. My I gains are 4-5x that at 700-1100 range and my D gains are around the mid 40's.

Hope that gives you some reference, all copters are different but I have found with my setups that anything above 200-220 on P will cause oscillations for me, Except yaw. My yaw PIDs are a little higher.

Well I don't know how much to lower or raise them, I lowered to like 100 and up to 400 with no difference in result. Still goes wacky when it's lifted off a flat surface. I'm not getting it.

Figured it out. User error. When I built it I put the left ESC on the right and right on left, but did not swap the servo leads the same. So the motors were reversed, even though I thought they were plugged in right. Fly's now.
