Yes, please let us know if they work properly with the new code - I'd like to find a reliable source for these

I've received the recently ordered MicroMinimOSD boards.

They have QC passed/marked Oct. 2020.

Tested one of them, it is OK.

Font upload works fine! (+5V from USB, I didn't even bother to connect external power supply).

Voltage dividers use 15k/0.8k resistors. So these boards can directly measure up to 5S battery voltage. ( Edit: Incorrect info. I've checked againg, voltage dividers use 15k/1k, and can measure up to 4S batt voltage). Most of my previously bought MicroMinimOSD boards have 15k/1k dividers so they can measure up to 4S battery voltage.

Interesting fact: MAX7456 chip is replaced with AT7456E. Despite it is a clone, it seems to work better than the original. AT7456E accepts lower supply voltage so it should be more resistant to brown-outs. It does not heat at all, unlike MAX7456! :) I've also found user reports that AT7456E is more tollerant / compatible with video signals from high TVL cams. Here I have to say that I've had no issues at all with MAX7456 and any of FPV cams I've used so far, too.

Here is the link I've bought from:

I don't think there is something in the code that can make it incompatible with specific MinimOSD boards, especially for battery voltage reading.

Anyway, I've tested the new board with 4s battery connected to Batt1. Voltage reading is correct and steady, cells count is determined correctly, too. It does not matter if voltage is supplied to Batt1 at startup or at some later moment.

P.S.  Orderd few more yesterday:

Curious if they are also produced in 2020 and which video overlay chip is used (MAX7456 or AT7456E).

Thanks for the update! I ordered 4 as well from your source. I ordered 3 from a source on ebay, after a week they refunded my $ and said due to shipping issues they were refunding my $. So I ordered from yet another source on ebay.
I'm seeing bizarre USPS issues this month on the tracking. It will go to city A. Then to city B. Then BACK to city A. Then sometimes back to city B again before arriving.
