Have you read this and tried to enable it?
https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/EasyTune

By default, the module is not enabled to "save memory" on CopterControl.

It sounds like it is supposed to work if you just enable it as documented.  For instance GPS is the same way.  It's possible that it won't fit at run time any more.  I haven't tried it.

Looks normal, EasyTune part still grayed since you don't select first a "EasyTuneRatePitch" or "EasyTuneRateRoll" as a "PID option", in one instance.

thanks got it, i now have tuned using easy tune and it flies great on non windy condition but when i fly it in windy condition i get lots
of oscillation

i remember cliff said a quad that flies well in no wind will fly well on windy, Im now having more time tuning than flying
no matter what PID sets i try its just good for one condition but not for both windy and no wind

Try TPS/TPA on Stabilization page.  It changes PIDs depending on throttle stick setting.
