Weird signal recognition problem on CC3D
« on: October 30, 2017, 09:13:32 pm »
Hey there,
so I have been trying to complete the Transmitter Setup Wizard on my CC3D for quite some time now, but can`t get it to properly read the signal from the receiver. It does recognise if a stick is being moved and via which channel of the receiver the signal is coming from, however there is no amplitude to it. So for example it would say that there was an input from say channel 2, but then also show no stick movement what so ever. I have confirmed that the receiver actually sends a signal to the board by plugging in separate ESC`s and servo`s and they work fine. It also used to work in OpenPilot. I further tried to swap the wires between board and receiver in many different ways, without results. I`m using PWM,LibrePilot 16.09, a RX-7-DR receiver and a Royal pro 7 transmitter.
Any help would be much appreciated :)
Thanks in advance!

I suspect you didn't exercise the sticks to full extent of travel in transmitter wizard.

You can fix it by manually setting the min and max value for each channel on the Input RC page.

Or you can re-run the transmitter wizard from the Input RC page

Solved it. Turns out you need to set a flightmode-switch
