Welcome to LibrePilot.
I'm not sure what you're asking for. Is it the OpenPilot GCS software or the settings for the Black Widow?
The OpenPilot web site is down but archive.org has an archived copy of the gcs installer
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.openpilot.org/wp-content/uploads/OP-Downloads/OpenPilot-RELEASE-15.02.02-win32.exe
The settings file (.uav) was posted by someone on the HK Black Widow page
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__79022__HobbyKing_8482_Black_Widow_260_FPV_Racer_RTF_Set_Mode_2_.html
under the files tab. If you still have GCS loaded you should be able to import those settings.
The last OpenPilot GCS software that supported cc3d is now around a year old and the project shut down six months ago. When you get the settings back you should do screen prints of all the settings pages.
I'd recommend that after you get the settings printed you upgrade to LibrePilot and use the printed pages as a reference to configure if necessary.
