Haven't flown it yet but I'll keep my fingers crossed. As far as the pitch setting changing to 800, still does it, but it'll save as 900 while I'm connected so I hope thats what it's saved as after I disconnect.

There is something really weird here, you say you haven't flown it yet but set crazy rates.
This do not make sense for start, assuming the quad is not tuned yet.

When you can't arm, check the systemhealth and click on [ ? ] red icon for some info about the error.

No no, I haven't flown it since it started arming. Ive flown it a bunch, slowly bumping rates up from 360.

Took it for a few flights, so far so good. Not sure exactly what I did to get it to arm properly, but it is.... for now. Ill have to wait till I hook it up to the computer and see if it arms after I disconnect it. If I figure it out ill be sure to post my findings. As far as the settings, been flying it in rate mode so all of them are at 900, Ill have to try acro+ soon and see how that goes.
