So I updated the firmware and setup a new vehicle in Librepilot, and since then I am no longer able to turn my lights on using the switch on the side of the drone. However I have noticed that when I flip the switch it looks like it turns my VTX on and off. I am not sure what to do to get this fixed. Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.

You need to configure accessory to the correct channel that is responsible for turning lights off/on.
