Should the op link antenna on the revolution be electrical isolated from a carbon fiber frame? I have been doing some testing with the revo board powered from my quad frame BEC and had it hooked to the computer. I noticed the antenna metal connection was sparking as it touched the frame. I have not researched the board drawings to see if it is a power conflict from the USB.

The antenna connector is connected to ground, so the spark is not originating from the antenna connector.  You must have some power source connected to the frame that is arcing to the antenna connector.
