Don't worry it does not affect anything. Exclamation sign just means you uploaded custom build, but could also be that someone forgot to sign firmware (afaik was the case) with release, check wiki. I build myself so I always have this sign.

Known Issues:
     Due to a change in release naming there is an issue with GCS not showing it as a genuine release. It is just a cosmetic issue and does not affects flight performance or reliability
