Hi
With help from several people I am getting closer to flying. 
I have all green on the status diagram.  All my switches are correct and proper movement is shown. 
Even though the switch for arm/disarm is moving the quad is not getting armed.  From previous experience this means I am missing some critical aspect.

I know I have to reverse all my motors, would that throw this off? 
Any thoughts?

Have you checked the arm setting when setting up the wizard puts the FC into disarm in the gcs when you finished the setting up you need to go to tab with flight arm setting and set to the one you want.
