Anyone has connected this GPS to a Revo board?

If so, how was the connection?

I see two connectors, so I think one goes to the Main port and the other one to the Flexi Port.

If any special configuration has to be done. Please let me know.

It should work fine.  The instructions are in the wiki at https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/GPS+setup

Your gps is the equivalent of the left hand picture.   The mag part isn't supported until the next release or if you compile the software yourself from the next branch of the source.

I plugged SDA and SCL but I do not know how to set up "Auxmag" tab in the system.

It's only supported in the next branch, you'd have to download the source code and compile it yourself or wait until the next release.

I got this GPS yesterday after buying various others from that site that said they had a compass but didn't. 
You plug the 4 wire lead into the main port and the 2 wire into the flexiport.
As stated you will need the latest branch of GCS or wait for the next release.

You will be pleased to hear that that it works and i successfully got my quad to fly with position hold and GPS assist.

tip - you will need to set the mag orientation to roll - 0 pitch - 180 yaw - 0, this is because the mag is mounted upside down.
