Issues with micro minimosd

Hi all i need a little help.
When i try to flash the micro minimosd with the config tool it says error opening com port, what am i missing?

Select the right port, connect the DTR pin ?

it makes me select only one port (com1) even if the micro minimosd is unplugged. The dtr is plugged in.

Which method do you use ?

ftdi or board/comBridge ?

Solved, I'm sorry, I had a broken pin on the usb cable just changed the cable and it works.

Put this cable to trash

Ye that's for sure, after 3 hours spent in looking for what could be the problem, the trash is the only place possible for that cable.
