So openpilot is gone, Support for Revolution board?
« on: January 13, 2016, 03:10:24 pm »
Greetings!

I was in the old openpilot forums, a couple of months before the closedown i bought a OpenPilot Platinum GPS for my openpilot revolution, I never got to install the stuff on my copter and now its not any easier with the forum gone :p

Is there any help or guides on this forum on how to go as for instructions etc? Where to start?

With the openpilot project down does the openpilot gcs software still work as with updating the revo etc or do ppl use another software now for the revo board?

Thanks!

Welcome to librepilot.

There are two wikis you can look to for information.
https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/Welcome
and
http://opwiki.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html

The first is the official LibrePilot wiki and the second is an attempt to recover and repost as much of the information that was on the OP wiki and other related information as they can find.

As you've found you can also post questions here.  :)

The OpenPilot GCS works fine and you can use it if you like.  Of course, we recommend switching to the LibrePilot version of GCS and the flight firmware. It has the advantage of being still under development and support.
