Trouble with Coptercontrol board

Hey guys very new to this all,
but im having trouble with my flightboard, i have the coptercontrol board and i cannot update and erase, itll come up and say cannot enter DFU mode, i tried erasing it then updating but it will timeout. Im unsure on how to do the manual update also do not have the link to the file, thanks in advance everyone!

Bad USB cable is a fairly common problem.  Really.  Borrow a different one.  A short one; one meter or less.  Poor USB port power is another issue (mainly on laptops and small desktops).  Lastly, try a different computer.

It looks like you already have the correct Bootloader (V4) and the correct firmware (CRC:4952aa59) for 16.09.

What happens when you press the Halt button?  It should display a few lines at the bottom:
IAP Step 1
IAP Step 2
IAP Step 3
Board Halt
Detecting devices, please wait a few seconds...

and then after 5-10 seconds say:
Found 1 device(s).

and a new "manual flashing" screen overlay comes up.

If that all works, press Erase Settings (and then OK).  About 30 seconds later it will reconnect, but let it continue to run for a few minutes, say until the FlightTime on GCS says 180 or more.

Does all this work or did you get different results / an error at some point?
