EACHINE Racer 250 No power to receiver and no beeps!

I just replaced the cc3d in my 250 and LP sees the board and the flight data is correct, but when I do the Wizard setup and get to the ESCs there are no beeps and no response.  Also there seems to be no power to the FS IA 6B and the flysky transmitter doesn't seem to connect either....HELP

Does the FC LED come on when you use just a battery (no USB)?  Maybe you plugged the ESC servo connectors in backwards?

If that is correct, you need to set the ESC signal protocol (PWM490, PWMSYNC, OneShot*, MultiShot), output banks, min/max/neutral correctly (output page).

The easiest thing would be to get a working configuration file from somewhere, but if you were flying OP before, that would put you back using OP.  OP works, just not as current as LP.

Also consider ESC calibration and neutral setting.
