What is the latency like ?
There is bigger latency in image send via camera (NTSC/PAL fps limit), time needed for brain to process data and than to move the muscles so your fingers can deflect the stick.
The latency of your transmitter is unnoticeable against that, but you can measure if you think you should worry about that, but all that talk about latencies might be just a hype, so use common sense and always fact check/verify yourself (and that applies to everything, including what I wrote)
I think an edge in racing competitions can be gained by properly tuning your copter rather than milliseconds in latencies...
