(newbie question) alimentation throw flexi port

Hi everyone,
I have opto esc so I have to give current to flight controller throw external bec.Can I connect it to the black and red cables from flexy port ?(the orange and blue cable are used for external mag)

Yes, you can power the board using flexiIO, FlexiPort, MainPort or the normal way using output and servo connector.
All the Gnd and +5V are connected together on board.
