Output Calibration-All motors start at different speeds.

Eachine 185. Firmware update; Ran ESC calibration that The Other Cliff posted. (Thank you) In the Wizard, the output calibration from motor #1 and on  1041 - 1086 - 1057 - 1045. Have set up several Eachine 250 racers and the motors usually all syn at about 1029??

It should actually work fine.

Either the calibration didn't work, or you have some slightly different ESCs.

Now that it is configured, do the motors start at the same time and same RPM when you arm and give smallest throttle possible?

I bet you can't tell the difference when it is flying.  :)

If you used the wiki procedure, you know that the ESCs all had the same pulse length to calibrate on.  If you do one at a time or by hand, you can get a little more variation depending on how hard you push the stick against the stop (for instance).
