Proper voltage set on tester/buzzer
« on: January 18, 2017, 08:44:52 pm »
Hi all. I am fairly new to drone flying and am loving the hobby. I have a 250mm quad with a 3S 2200mah battery. I purchased a small battery tester and buzzer combo. I would like to know what voltage does battery drop down to until i stop flying and recharge? This little tester can be connected to balance wire of battery and it tells me the voltage of each cell and total voltage. I can set a threshold on the tester to buzz when the voltage dips below a certain reading. I dont know what that number should be. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you

I wrote some info and moved it to the wiki.

Thank you so much for the in depth info. I read over everything twice and will read it one more time tomorrow morning. I will set my alarm buzzer accordingly. Btw, I purchased the buzzer/meter that tells me the voltage on each cell. Thanks again.
