Transmitter problems
« on: October 02, 2016, 02:26:51 pm »
im having issues getting my transmitter to work ive been through setup wizard and then transmitter wizard. everything works fine but when i come to use my quad nothing will work. In librepilot i go into input and can move the sliders on the screen with my transmitter but when i save and leave and try to fly it it wont fly. im using cc3d so i know its arming because after holding yaw right for 5/6 seconds the blue light stops flashing rapidly and goes to a slow flash so i know its armed ive been son so many forums trying to fix this so any help would be great
If it aint broke, it can probably be improved

The "nothing works" description do not help...
Simply connect the board and try to arm. Look at SystemHealth.

When I connect the board to Librepilot the transmitter works fine as in I can move the controls and see it on my laptop and the system health is OK but when I disconnect I can arm my quadcopter but then when I try to throttle up it the motors don't move at all.
If it aint broke, it can probably be improved

Post your config file and pictures how you wired your board with Esc and receiver.

File > Export UAV data..

From the config file you posted, the Arming setting is not set.

Go to the Input tab > Arming settings and choose how you want to arm your board.

thank you that has worked but when i reconnect to the pc it resets my arming settings so have to resave it each time.
also one other problem you may be able to help with when i pitch forward i cant go that fast because it has such i big pitch on it what settings do i need to change to make it a little more level during flight

Strange... Is the Save button green when you save ?
Changes are only applied when board is disarmed.

For stabilization settings,, take a look here:

ok so ive done what you said set the arm as yaw right and saved it, the save button comes up with a little green tick. everything works as it should when i go into either transmitter wizard or do a manual calibration in input on libre pilot it all saves. but still the same problem when i disconnect the board i can still arm it but apart from the light change on the cc3d nothing else seems to happen.
If it aint broke, it can probably be improved

Your config file is fine.

Be sure you didn't use some dual rates in your radio when you move your Yaw stick to the right while the throttle is set to zero for arming.
