After you put smaller props on your motors (maybe cut down and balance your 10x4.5 to 8.5x4.5, but I would go down to 8x4.5)
if you are still interested in tuning your PIDs, first I would recommend just using default values, not from cloud config or some friend recommendations. Try that.
