I never used throttle curve in TX, you should NOT definitely mix those with GCS throttle curve. I suggest to reset trims in TX, be sure you're NOT using them. Also check ESC calibration, are the output values reasonable ? Usually ~1000 is low, ~1500 is mid and ~2000 is high end, depending on ESC, but that's the most common range I guess. Then check PIDs, are you flying with default PIDs ?
It all looks like you have non-linear throttle probably messed up TX setup which you normally shouldn't need to touch.
