just for share :

I bought a new (minimosd) minoposd and i kept having failed to load bootloader with the ftdi adapter.

Then i took an usbasp and , with an avrdude.exe :

avrdude -c usbasp -p m328p -U lfuse:w:0xFF:m -P usb
avrdude -c usbasp -p m328p -U hfuse:w:0xDA:m -P usb
avrdude -c usbasp -p m328p -U efuse:w:0x05:m -P usb
avrdude -c usbasp -p m328p -U flash:w:ArduCAM_OSD.ino.with_bootloader.hex -P usb
Then you'll be able to find the minoposd in OSD_Config.exe and burn the firmware you want with a ftdi
