Im using both cleanflight and librepilot and it was hard to set up flight modes with cf but then it is "multiline"style is so useable. Much more than the "oneline" style of librepilot.
Are there any chance to change flightmode switching to that style?

I don't understand your question. It's all on one page and easy to setup

The top table you set up the switch position and bank of PIds to use and the bottom table is for what the mode flys like attitude, rate, acro+.

Do you know cleanflight?
It has the flight modes in a multi line interface.
You can use more than one switch to select modes.
Okay basicly can solve with libre interface but more clear that way.

In that Cleanflight screen capture, I wouldn't even know what to click. On another hand in GCS first time I used it, I don't even remember reading any wiki how to set flight modes, it was so obvious...

Yeah, in libre the start so easy but if you whant a bit more complicated combinations its hard to do it safe.
Eg
You whant to set attitude and rate mode but for these you need altitude hold. Plus for landing gps pos hold and for safety return home.
Its hard to do this with only one flightmode channel.

You can put one in but I don't think it's likely to be done.  One of the developers would have to like the idea enough to champion (and do) the change.  Since none of them have jumped in here and said what a great idea it is that doesn't seem likely.

Even if you put in a change request, did the programming yourself, and put in a pull request it's unlikely that you could get four of the developers (the minimum to merge a change) to approve a change that makes setting up flight modes more complicated and less intuitive.
