hi guys !

here is a very good plane to make FPV fixed wing setup : the Parkjet 2 (from HK)
span 550mm, flightweight 350 gr with 1300 3S, tested with 30 km/h gusts
video setup : Eachine camera 170° FOV (in reality = 120°) + 200mW Aomway Vtx
With original ESC and motor in 3S : handlaunch vertical takeoff without problems
..CC3D dump is joined to help..

A nice little plane.   I like the FPV antenna inside the cockpit, it makes the outside look really clean. 

I've been thinking of getting a small, inexpensive fixed wing to try, that might be a good choice after they come back in stock at HK.

The last time I tried fixed wing was 45 years ago, I destroyed each one on the first flight.  That was before RC, just the two lines from a hand grip to the plane.  I always over controlled, went straight over the top, and crashed full power into the ground.  ::)

yes, all mounted Under the canopy = no drag... and 8 to 10 min in the air   :-*
