QAV210 PIDS
« on: March 27, 2016, 05:29:20 am »
Hi everyone  8),

I am looking for some PIDS to start tweaking. I am using the stock PIDS for a generic X copter but I get harsh left/right rolls. Right now I am flying a QAV210 and listed the specs below. Thanks for any help.

QAV210
Emax 1806 2280KV
12 Amp Opto ESCs
CC3D Atom (LibrePilot)
3S 1300mAh

I would try some different defaults. Either one of the qav 250(any one). The blackout defaults work well also. That is what I would start with. Either of thoes will be better than the generic X. I started my alien 5" on blackout defaults. And they aren't even close in design or components. But it's still was very flyable and was a good starting point.
5" alien 4s 596grams with battery and GoPro FPV
Lantian LT210 4s 604grams with batt and GoPro FPV
GE X220 4s 6" 513grams with batt and HD cam FPV
Homemade acro X copter. 6" 4s - like a warpquad LOS
