Gimbal help - Output channel returns to none when I save
« on: March 15, 2016, 10:38:35 pm »
I have the a servo on channel 6, and under the vehicles tab I have accessory0 assigned to channel 6. I can move the potentiometer on my transmitter and have the servo move. However, when I go to the gimbal tab, set the pitch servo to channel 6 and click save, it resets to none. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Looks like you try to affect the accessory0 directly mapped to output6 in Vehicle tab and also want to affect the pitch from Gimbal module to the same output6...
This looks strange.

Is the Gimbal module enabled first, before change the Pitch to output6 ?

Enable Gimbal module with checkbox,
Save,
Reboot, disconnect all (usb + battery)
Connect again and go to Gimbal tab.

Thank you for your advice. I reset the board and did what you said. It saves the data now, but the servo still doesn't respond to RC input or movement.

Did you set the min / neutral / max values for servo output in Output tab ?
