Hi mrmcnoob,

first, welcome to librepilot.

I am a bit lost about the information you gave us so far. For a start,
- which controller and which firmware are you using (CC3D or Revo, Openpilot or Librepilot) ?
- Did you run vehicle setup wizard and transmitter setup wizard?
- "Chinese clone 250" is very unspecific. Could you tell us a bit more about your quad?

Yes it is a qav250 clone. Cc3d with the librepilot setup. 20amp esc with mt2204 2300kv cheerwing motors. I ran the setup just fine calibrated the motors and updated the board. But when i get to the rc setup i cant get passed the first step which is the throttle. My TX only reads 1 bar. If i go to manual rc setup my tx has full bars.

Are you using pwm, ppm, or sbus?  It's weird that the throttle is the only one giving you problems.
