I am trying to setup a V-Tail using custom mix on the advanced tab as shown here : https://forum.librepilot.org/index.php?topic=1039.msg7480#msg7480
First thing I had to do was reverse the sign for Yaw, I assume this is because the yaw is now working from thrust instead of torque. Ok that makes sense to me.

Next issue is with small yaw inputs yaw works fine albiet very slow. With any faster attempt to spin, the quad slides sideways in the direction of the input. In my mind maybe I need some input to motor 1 and 2 also to help counter the slide?

Are there any suggestions to set these values or is this just a guess and test method?

I have not tried it yet, was going to but ran out of time yesterday. That is next to try, but thought I would also try to wrap my head around what is going on.

So is it correct to think things set at 32 will increase/decrease half as much as the things set at 64? Meaning channel 2 would have half the influence on the yaw as channel 4?
