FrSky Sbus receiver not working using main port on CC3D

Hi All,
I'm having trouble connecting my Sbus receiver to the Flexiport on CC3D.
When the Rx is connected to the Flexiport I get the orange LED light on the Rx but not when it is connected to the Mainport.
I understand that the Sbus receiver usually works when connected to the Mainport.
Is this a faulty Mainport? How do I test if this Mainport is faulty or not?
I have upgraded my radio to FrSky Taranis X9D plus SE and Rx is Sbus XSR.
Have a look at these photos and let me if there is anything I'm missing.
Many thanks.
Regards,

Seems your Mainport has something wrong, at least for power.
Double check if pins are not bend inside the MainPort connector, if you did a mistake with a short, a pcb trace can be burned also.

Hi F5soh,
You are correct.
Upon closer inspection, I found that one of the far left pin close to the ground pin turned black.
Can this be fixed or the board is toast?
Can I reconfigure the Flexiport instead?
Many thanks.

SBus is Mainport only, because the inverter in this port.
I don't known what do you mean with "ground pin turned black" ? Is oxidation ?
If yes, you can put some "KF contact" spray.
If burned you can the simply get the Ground / +5V from servo output port or Flexi and keep Sbus signal to pin4 - Mainport.
