I have configured my cc3d, I try to setup the transmitter but it does not work. I'm using a devo 7. Do you have to connect the transmitter to the computer or just the fc. I connect the transmitter to the pc and can use it in games and such. I'm connected through ppm but there is no option to select the controller to connect to it. Also I can't find any port settings I'm guessing because of how ppm works.

Hi, welcome.

There is no need connect the transmitter directly to computer.
You should connect the receiver to the FC board and board to the computer.
Receiver need external power connected to Outputs (servos connector) using the Bec form a Esc or a +5V step down.

Select the right input you need in Hardware tab or simply follow the Vehicle wizard.
Can be PWM input (all wires, one per channel) or one wire like PPM input.

Every change in Hardware tab need a reboot. (disconnect USB and external power and restart)
