If OSD stop working while you connect the camera, that a TV lines issue.
The chip used for video is pretty old and do not support 1000tvl camera

Or 800tvl in your case.
That a hardware issue, not related to firmware.

There really isn't a particular recommendation,
some
of the time the 700 line ones work. The 1000/1200 line ones never seem to work. The chips in the OSD were designed back when there was only regular PAL and NTSC, nothing higher res. They were primarily intended to overlay camera number/location and date/time on security camera video. Unfortunately the chip industry has decided that analog video is no longer common enough for them to build a replacement chip for the higher res video.
Any inexpensive normal res camera should work.

Without battery voltage information on MinimOSD-Mavelink and Revo controller

Why Revo does not provide the battery in OSD?
What do I need to view the battery voltage in the FPV screen?

Most people use a pin on the MinimOSD board, but it requires soldering resistors to the board and some battery connector to the resistors. Also very important, you must make sure that you are using firmware that has the correct option compiled in so that it works with the MinimOSD pin that you choose to use for this.
Then there is calibration to make it display the correct voltage.

A current sensor door is another possobility?
Where can I find this current sensor?

Assuming you are using a Revo, you should use the OSD firmware for Revo.
You can setup a quick voltage monitoring simply using a voltage divider with two resistors:
https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/display/LPDOC/Configure+a+Current-Voltage+sensor#ConfigureaCurrent-Voltagesensor-Basicvoltagesensor
Many current/voltage sensors initially designed for APM should work, just be sure the voltage from monitored current/battery voltage does not exceed 3.3V.

I'll make it simple (with the two resistors) until I find the sensor that will provide me voltage and current.
It is for the Revo, forgot to mention.
Now, all current sensors that are encounter 5v. I'm not fiding the 3,3v

They say 5v because some of them provides +5V output to power flight controller.

I am using battery 3s
so
(12,6v x 2.2) / (10 + 2.2) = 2,27v
not exceed 3.3v
I was confused with the 5v out.

Sure, in wiki example the voltage output after divider is already bellow 3.3V using a 4S battery.
So no issue using a 3S battery.
