That is a board that I designed, and it's specifically designed for the "Revo Mini":
http://www.banggood.com/OpenPilot-Mini-CC3D-Revolution-Flight-Controller-For-FPV-Multicopter-5g-p-1018903.htmlThey did not include the OPLink radio module on that FC. Rather they exposed the SPI interface and they sell a separate OPLink-like modem for it that is just the radio module, a regulator, and an antenna connector. I made a couple of boards that were similar with different antenna layouts. This one has the MMCX interface. The other one that I designed has an SMA connector. The SMA version is intended to use a "case-mount" SMA connector, so it could be connected directly to the frame and the antenna without an RF cable.
Neither of these boards will work as standalone radios, because they don't have the MCU. They're designed to be connected to the FC via an SPI interface.
I have this board populated, but I haven't tested it yet. I really should get around and do that...
