Title: Help with acro+
Post by: sasquad on February 27, 2016, 06:55:42 pm
Hi everyone.

I've asked this question before, but I'm a bit thick headed, I have a new 250 size quad all set up using an older CC3D board flashed with the latest version of Libre pilot. My question is , what is acro+ is it a self leveling condition that will allow you to flip on a dime and roll like a mad man? I see these videos of guys flying out of a door in an old 1/2 demolished building and hitting the throttle and rolling and flipping. I want to do that! Right now my settings are:

Stabilized 1= Atti:  Atti:   Axis lock:  Manual
Stabilized 2= Ratti:  Ratti: Axis lock:  Manual
Stabilized 3= Acro+:  Acro+:  Rate:  Manual

Which one of these would best suit rolling and flipping but still have leveling qualities coming out of the roll or flip?

Thank you so much for this forum and all your help.

-Bill

Rattitude should be exactly what you want, attitude / Level with sticks to Center and rate with full stick.
Its flying in Level and alows you to flip and roll in the same mode.
So for you its stabilize 2

You could find additional information in this page:

Rattitude can be combined with CruiseControl:
