Title: oplink - device not recognized
Post by: sabgto on January 22, 2016, 05:48:23 pm
I bought a Banggood OPLINK but when I contected it to a win7 PC, it does not recognize the oplink. Unknown device. Device problem code 43. I tried with 2 PCs, both with win7 . I fear it is a hardware problem  :(. I'm going to try with win10. Neither CGS recognizes the oplink.  Is there someone with a problem like this one with oplink?

Thanks for your help.

I bought a pair, but have only tested them minimally.  They seemed to work.

I have my OP Oplink here handy, set up as Coordinator.  Green and Blue at power on, then after a few seconds the blue goes out (and yellow comes on dim).  This is without even running GCS.

That is the power light.  The other colors tell what the code is doing.  No other colors usually means code is not running.

If you just got it, start a return procedure (good luck with that...).

If you feel like it, you could connect an FTDI (USB to serial converter) to mainport (which acts as a serial port) and try SBL (short the System Boot Loader pads while powering it up) and writing a new BL and code to it.

:( Now I have a more serious problem. My revo card is not recognized by my PC. I'm going to open a new topic about this.
