Title: Can Not Connected to CC3D

Hi Guys,
I have got a CC3D Evo Last week, however when I plug it in to my Mac (also my pc with win 8.1) LibrePilot can nor recognize the CC3D.
When I try rescue my CC3D looks like recognized, but nothing happens after. I can not upgrade or use Wizart to set my FC. And also, when I try to connect it does not seen in serial ports.
I have also installed STM32 driver.

Before anything else, I think you need to upgrade bootloader from version 3 to version 4.

 Thanks for the answer TheOtherCliff,
But I have also tried that. BL was updated however the same problem goes on.

Your picture says it has BL3
