Title: Upgrading ESC's configuration help/ CC3D
Post by: BgSkyFlyr on December 18, 2017, 09:38:15 pm
Hi, I am upgrading my esc's on my F450, I am putting the Luminer BLHeli-S 30amp Optos on it. When I originally set it up with the previous esc's there is the page in the beginning for Esc Calibration setting the radio throttle min/maxes. When I install the new ones, can I just change on the Output page, the setting to Oneshot 125 and set the Neutral motor spin, Or do I have to do the esc calibration again as when setting up the board from scratch? And can I do this without having to go through the setup wizard? Also I am putting a BEC on it and this can be connected to any open motor/esc pins to power the board correct? Thanks in Advance!

You need to calibrate again with new ESCs, this can be done in Output Tab. Remove propellers !

Just connect the servo connector with GND and +5V from your separate Bec/Ubec to one free output slot into the board.
