Title: Position Hold leads to configuration error
Post by: tmohr on November 06, 2017, 08:50:03 pm
Hello,

I have a Revolution with GPS attached on FlexiPort.
The GPS has no Fix at the moment but the Revo receives data, all as expected.

I have set 3 flight modes and when i select Position Hold and save it, it shows me "configuration error" in GCS.

What do i do wrong?

Thanks for hints,
Torsten.

Home location must be set.

You must be using INS13 (Attitude->Settings->AttiEstAlgo)

You should have an aux mag (GPS/mag) installed correctly configured and calibrated

Thanks for your hint.  I have set INS13 and calibrated the sensors.
Still, the copter won't arm, i guess it needs a valid GPS position?  Even though the actual mode is Stabilized1?

Best regards,
Torsten

After doing everything listed above, when using INS13, it must have green GPS and green mag for ATTI and STAB to go green and to allow arming.
