And my rssi is alway 100%, with and without my radio turned on.
I have test with rssi raw enable and without same result.
I have a frsky l9r receiver. Just single wire between l9r rssi output and minimosd rssi input.
Whats rong?

The black and white problem is very probably a difference between NTSC and PAL video standards.  It sounds like the OSD needs to be configured for the other video standard if that is possible.

RSSI is still high even with transmitter switched off?

My cam send me a pal video and i have select Pal into ArduCam.
This night i try to select ntfs for see the different.

For know my rssi power i just turn on my quad i see into video return the % rssi. Stay always at 100%.
But maybe firmware is rong because i don't remenber if i haved choose LP_all_from_revo1110.hex or LP_all_from_revo+analogRSSI....
My rssi wire is like this picture. I need to choose firmware pin1 or pin3?
Thanks for all your answer so usefull.

I'm not an OSD expert.  @f5soh will probably be by to shed some light on that.

If you have the small OSD hardware version (MicroKvteam) you need the LP_All_From_Revo1110+AnalogRSSI_MicroKvteam_pin3.hex (https://librepilot.atlassian.net/wiki/download/attachments/7274504/LP_All_From_Revo1110+AnalogRSSI_MicroKvteam_pin3.hex?api=v2) firmware.

 :'( :'( :'( ???
I have test with this firmware with and witout select "RSSI Enable Raw" and .... RSSI always 100%.
I have test the anotther firmaware same resul.
I have controled +3.41V RSSI outpout when radio is turned on and 0.28V when is off.
I have check on the minimiosd intput pin!
I think now there are no solution for fix my RSSI and colors problem so i need to buy a new one.
Witch external osd can me advoice for my revo? Something like minimosd but better quality if it's possible.
Thanks for all

There is two hardware compatible for OSD, the full sized and the micro OSD.
Quality will be the same as the schematic and components are similar.

Video without colors looks like video standard mismatch PAL, SECAM...

Buying a new one will not change the result about colors.

Euh.. why? You have said mismatch between Pal and sepal. But my runcam is on Pal and i just can choose between Pal and NTSC with ArduCam.
It's my cam the problem?

I think the idea was that buying a new one of the same brand/model will not fix it.  You would have to buy a different brand/model of OSD and try to match all components to either NTSC or to PAL when you are buying and configuring.

Hello.

Like i'm waiting my Attopiplot curent sensor i haved connected directly my run and my transmitter for the batterie level.

And..... tatamd 2 or 3 minutes after connect it.. Video on black and white! And after 10mn, the video become very blurred.

So the problem com from my cam or my transmitter or my receiver !! But i think it's runcam!

I had that problem when connecting 12 volts to a camera that needed 8 volts.

Does anything (camera?) feel too warm?  Cameras usually need either 5 volts or 12 volts.

Make sure that everything is powered with minimum voltage as said on instruction sheet.

Good luck.  :)

I have received a new minimosd, update charset and firmware and ...works!
Rssi at 255% when the radio is on and 45 when it's off.
I need to calibrate it.
I'm waiting for my attopilot current sensor for flight with the osd
Thanks for all

Very informative. Been wondering how to get analog RSSI in goggles.

But what is the difference between the two hex files for AnalogRSSI ?

LP_All_From_Revo261017+AnalogRSSI_MicroKvteam_pin3.hex
LP_All_From_Revo261017+AnalogRSSI_pin1.hex

And what is the significance of the _pin3 and _pin1 does it refer to wich output pin on RX you use for RSSI?
I'm using frsky xr4sb in sbus mode, the small minoposd and revo.

Thanks would help to know before I pull apart quad. to get to osd.

The two different firmwares refers to two different layouts.
MicroKvteam is the small one and the other (pin1) related to the full sized OSD pcb.

For Rssi you may need a output  in your receiver and add a RC filter between the receiver and OSD-Rssi pin input

If your rssi output is on pwm you don't need a filter.
Check the voltage of your output.
I have past lot of time for set up my minimosd so if you need help i can help you
